FAQ

Everything you're wondering, answered plainly.

What is citizenship by investment?

A legal route offered by certain countries where a qualifying investment — real estate, a government fund contribution, or a business route — leads to full citizenship and a passport, without requiring you to live in that country first.

Can my family be included?

Most programmes allow a spouse and dependent children to be included on the same application, and several extend to parents, grandparents, or siblings. Exact eligibility varies by programme — your consultant will confirm current rules for the country you're considering.

How long does the process take?

Timelines vary significantly by programme and by how quickly documentation is prepared on your end. Your consultant will give you a realistic estimate for your specific situation before you commit to anything.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Source-of-funds and background documentation are handled under strict confidentiality, and are shared only with the government authorities required to process your application.

What's the difference between citizenship and residency by investment?

Citizenship by investment grants full citizenship and a passport, both permanent. Residency by investment grants the right to live in a country — sometimes with a path toward citizenship over time — without an immediate change of nationality.

Do I need to give up my current citizenship?

Most of the citizenship programmes we work with allow dual citizenship, meaning you keep your current passport. Confirm this specifically for your home country, as a small number of countries restrict dual nationality.
